**Overview of Oil-containing Wastewater Treatment** 1. Treatment Plant Diagnosis Identify issues. 2. Modification Using Existing Equipment Based on the diagnosis results, changes to the operating methods and a review of the existing treatment flow will be conducted. 3. Maximizing the Power of Microorganisms The treatment methods proposed by Estem include "Dissolved Air Flotation Activated Sludge Method" and "Treatment by Oil-decomposing Bacteria." Microorganisms are introduced to promote the decomposition of organic matter. 4. Implementation Results - Reduced chemical usage and sludge disposal amounts - Decreased odor - Reduced amount of industrial waste sludge **Benefits** - Reduced oil content - Cost savings (e.g., a total reduction of 4.6 million yen per year) - Decreased odor - Easier operational management *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us!*

[Grease Trap Case] Mechasera Device "Oily Wastewater Treatment Device"

Demo unit rental available, case study collection provided. Scum suppression, normal hexane suppression, deodorization effect!

The "Oil-containing Wastewater Treatment Device (ODS-ZIII Type)" is used in the process to comply with sewage discharge standards for kitchen wastewater. Inside a cylindrical SUS304 packing tower, catalysts (ceramics/mechanical ceramic balls) are placed, and a sodium hypochlorite solution with a concentration of 12% is dripped in from a chemical injection unit into circulating water. These three components come into contact with each other in the water of the packing tower to generate "mechanical ceramic water." The resulting product significantly enhances the oxidative decomposition power of "active oxygen" against organic substances in chlorine. Once the oxidative decomposition action is complete, it returns to a neutral water with a pH of about 7-8, making it safe for sewage discharge and highly considerate of the natural environment. 【Features】 ■ Low running costs ■ Reduces sludge volume by up to 1/4 compared to conventional methods, leading to cost savings ■ Deodorizing effect ■ Pest repellent *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
